Amazing what a break can do.

So I have had a break from animating for 4 days, and decided to make this.

It's a bit worse than what I normally do, but I still need some C&C.

The background isnt that bad But I think the stick stays a little to much in the same position, you gotta make him more ragdollish :P also after the first hit on the ground the guy goes up but a little back in 1 frame and then forward again, try to make it 1 fluid motion with no *right* *left* *right from there on* movement, but all right. If you get what I mean. I could make an example movie if you like :P

Oh yea, thanks for the crit. I can just about notice that now and will try to improve upon it in future.

Can someone tell me how to make it less stiff please?

Or point to a stiffness tutorial...

easing and movements im pretty sure
i've forgotten much though since i'm rusty

well...
now i uderstand stiff ^^ well anyway xD

try easing the fall like after the bounce the stick like hmmmmm....
bounces xD a small period of time. what you need is more time and slowly after the bounce make the fall a little and a little faster util it hits the ground
