For you, I would suggest starting with a basic punch and working from there. The anim is quite wobbly and you overused the blur effect. You need to start with the fundamentals, such as Easing and anticipation, before you try to animate fights.

What the hell did you do to the preloader?
Anyway, As obi said, fundimental work is in need of. It wold be best for you to do a couple of ball physics animations, and then start to do the basics.
And remeber, practice make perfect!
